Ajanvarauksen voit tehdä vaivattomasti tällä lomakkeella.

• Jos haluat varata ajan flash-kuvalle, mainitse kyseisen kuvan nimi. Jos toivot flashiin muokkauksia, mainitsethan niistä.

• Mikäli olet varaamassa yksilöllistä tilaustyötä, ole hyvissä ajoin yhteydessä (väh. 2vko ennen) ja kuvaile ideasi mahdollisimman yksityiskohtaisesti. Voit laittaa matalalla kynnyksellä viestiä myös Instagramissa.

• Ajanvaraus on vahvistettu, kun olet maksanut varausmaksun. Varausmaksu on 50€ ja sisältyy tatuoinnin kokonaishintaan. Varausmaksua ei palauteta mahdollisen peruutuksen tapahtuessa. Linkki maksun suorittamiseen tulee tekstiviestillä, mutta jos sitä ei kuulu 6h sisään lomakkeen lähettämisestä, olethan yhteydessä viestillä Instagramissa, jolloin lähetän sinulle QR-koodin maksuun.

• Varausmaksu on maksettava varauksen yhteydessä, kun linkin sisältävä viesti saapuu. Linkissä on aina aikaraja, jonka jälkeen maksua ei voi enää suorittaa. Ellei varausmaksua makseta, aikaa ei ole varattu asianmukaisesti eikä meillä ole tällöin sovittua tapaamista.

• Vahvistus ajasta tulee ilmoittamaasi sähköpostiosoitteeseen.

• Odotan innolla viestiäsi! Suunnitellaan yhdessä uusi uniikki tatuointisi!

1. Suorittamalla varausmaksun sitoudut kunnioittamaan varausehtoja.

2. Varatun ajan siirto tai peruutus on tapahduttava 72h ennen sovittua aikaa. Tämän jälkeen tapahtuvasta siirrosta tai peruutuksesta peritään 75% tatuoinnin hinnasta (sis. jo maksetun varausmaksun).

3. Sairastuminen, vakavasti loukkaantuminen tai hätätapaus, joka aiheuttaa varatun ajan siirron tai perumisen 72h sisällä: sinua ei laskuteta, jos haluat tai voit todistaa esteen tapaamiseen saapumiselle. Lääkärin tai hoitajan lausunto esim. työ- tai kouluterveydenhuollosta riittää. Voit peittää syyn halutessasi. Huom! koskee vain terveydellisiä syitä jotka vaikuttavat suoraan sinuun.

4. Jos et ilmesty sovittuun tapaamiseen tai olet yli 15min myöhässä ilman, että ilmoitat, aika perutaan minun puolestani ja 100% tatuoinnin hinnasta laskutetaan (sis. varausmaksu).

5. Olethan siis pikaisesti yhteydessä, jos sinun tulee siirtää tai perua aika, tai olet myöhässä.

6. Paikan päällä tapahtuvasta peruutuksesta laskutetaan 100% tatuoinnin hinnasta.

7. Et tule tatuoitavaksi jos:

   1. olet alaikäinen

   2. olet raskaana

   3. olet alkoholin tai huumeiden vaikutuksen alainen

   4. sinulla on HIV tai muu veren kautta tarttuva sairaus

   5. sinulla on tatuoitavalla alueella aktiivinen tulehdus, akne, ihottuma tai haava

   6. sinulla on lääkitys, joka on este tatuoimiselle, esim. Marevan

8. Mikäli sinulla on pitkäaikaislääkitys tai olet epävarma, konsultoi lääkäriä tatuoinnin ottamisesta.

9. Tatuoinnin otto on oma henkilökohtainen päätös.

10. Tiedostat, että tatuointi on pysyvä.

11. Lupaat noudattaa asiallisesti jälkihoito-ohjeita. Tatuoinnin jälkihoito on täysin asiakkaan vastuulla.

12. Tatuoinnin korjaaminen asiakkaan huolimattomuudesta johtuessa on asiakkaan kustannettavissa.

You can place your booking request smoothly with this form.

• If you’re booking a flash, please include its name in the form. If you want any minor changes to the flash, please mention them.

• If you desire a custom design, please be in contact early (minimum 2 weeks before) and describe it with as much detail as you can. Please feel free to message me on Instagram as well if you prefer.

• Your booking is confirmed after you’ve paid the booking fee of 50€. It is included in your tattoo’s total price and is nonrefundable in case of cancellation.

• Link to the fee will be sent via text, but if you don’t receive it within 6h of sending the booking form, please contact me on Instagram and I will provide you with a QR code to complete the payment.

1. By paying the booking fee you consent to the terms.

2. Changes in schedule or cancellation of confirmed booking must happen 72h before the agreed time. If any changes are requested later, 75% of the tattoo’s price will be billed (includes already paid booking fee).

3. In case of sickness, accident or medical emergency you will not be billed if you can show proof for why you’re unable to come to the appointment. If you want or can please present a statement from a doctor or nurse for example from work health care provider. You can blur the reason. Notice! only applicable in cases regarding health that directly impacts you.

4. If you do not show up or you are more than 15min late to the appointment without contacting me, the appointment is cancelled and 100% of the tattoo’s worth will be billed.

5. If you need to change the date or time, you’re late or you need to cancel, please be in immediate contact.

6. For any cancellations made at the studio you agree to be prepared to pay 100% of the tattoo’s worth.

7. You will not get tattooed if:

   1. you’re underage

   2. you’re pregnant

   3. you’re under the influence or alcohol or any drugs

   4. you have HIV or other contagious disease

   5. the area you want tattooed has an active infection, acne, rash or an open wound

   6. you have medication that is an obstruction to getting tattooed e.g. Marevan

8. If you have any long term medication or you’re unsure if it’s alright to get tattooed, please consult a doctor.

9. Getting a tattoo is your own decision.

10. You understand that tattoos are permanent unless removed by laser treatment.

11. You agree to follow the aftercare instructions. You understand that aftercare is the client’s responsibility.

12. It is the client’s responsibility to pay for any touch up that is a result of neglecting proper aftercare.
